To many thoughts.
It is now September.
As I been pottering around the house today, I thought I might just blog some thoughts. I came across some very old notepads. I used to keep at my computer at one time, and note things down. Usually things to do with whatever game I was playing, passwords, how much of something I needed to farm to get an item etc. I flicked through and had to smile to myself. They were ones that I had while playing Lineage. That in itself brought back alot of memories. But time has moved on, and memories are the best when they are left alone I am beginning to think.
S'funny how time moves on, but yet somethings feel like yesterday. Watching my children grow up, and I still find it hard to see my baby girl, she is nine now.. has gone really quick.
So what is going on with me? Hmmm..
No holidays for me booked as yet. Took the children to the seaside a couple of weeks ago. Was a nice break for them, though it rained. Got a family holiday for next year booked.. two weeks away with the kid lings in a caravan.. I must be a glutton for punishment!
Still have the eldest son and his family living here. That situation is getting somewhat tiring now. I feel like I need to have my space back. While it is nice having them here, I get a bit frustrated at being in the middle when they have disputes. My grand baby is a year in November!
Mr. America and I are still an "item". I am still finding this a very difficult situation to be in. He hasn't been able to make it back here so far this year, and I was going to make plans to go out at the end of the year, but it seems that has fallen through as well. He is finishing off his Masters, but has decided that he no longer wants to do computer science, switching some parts for business instead. He has been "playing" on the stock market, and has gotten a taste for being a trader. *shrugs* I keep telling him whatever makes him happy. Myself, I have just finished a 4 part interview, and am now waiting to hear whether or not I have got the job. Fingers crossed and more details to come! I wanted to pass my driving test this year, but funds have been so tight I didn't even get to book the theory. =(
Anyway, the kids are due home and I have a dinner to make.
Take care of you!
